Job Description

  1. Undertake the group's business objectives in North America, formulate annual objectives for the region in charge, analyze the market, formulate strategies and develop the market.
  2. Identify the shortcomings of the team according to the goals and strategies, timely supplement the staff, and supervise the training and development of the staff.
  3. Timely identification and discovery of operational problems and potential risks of the company, leading the formulation of countermeasures, rules and regulations, etc., to ensure the healthy and sustainable operation indicators of the company.
  4. Report to management timely or regularly according to group management system and provide corresponding data or analysis.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of comprehensive overseas sales experience in energy storage, power supply, photovoltaic, consumer electronics and other industries, including more than 3 years of experience in North America.
  • Understand the local market in North America, have been to North America, have experience in developing B-side key customers, English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
  • Comprehensive quality, with basic knowledge of finance, human resource management, warehousing management, basic legal knowledge and risk prevention awareness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, leadership and emotional control skills.
